What we do
Mobile service: the work is done at your door, your premises or your car, at any hour of the day or night. There is no shop to visit.
Locked out of your home, your apartment or a rental you manage? The phone is answered at any hour, every day of the year, and the door is worked open with locksmith tools rather than force wherever the hardware allows it. The lock and the paint are left as they were.
Locked out of a shop, an office, a warehouse or a job site, or holding the only key that still works? Commercial doors and their hardware are opened without damaging the door where that is possible, so the premises is secured again the same night rather than boarded up.
Keys locked in the car, or a key that will not open it? The car is opened with locksmith tools, not a coat hanger and not force, so the door, the glass and the paint are left untouched. Answered at any hour, in any weather.
The usual call after buying a house or ending a tenancy: four to six exterior cylinders rekeyed so one new key works them all, and every key held by the previous owner, a builder, a cleaner or a former tenant stops working. The existing hardware is reused, so there is nothing to replace.
For when there is no reason to touch the whole house. A single cylinder is rekeyed on its own, which is the right call after a key goes missing, after a lodger moves out, or when one door has always been on a different key to the rest.
A deadbolt is the single change that does most for a front door. One is supplied to fit the door that is actually there, fitted square so it throws without sticking, and tested in front of you before the job is called done.
A keypad or app-controlled lock fitted to your door, paired to your phone, the codes set up and the whole thing tested with you standing there. If it will not work reliably on your door, you will be told before it is fitted rather than after.
A combination that has been forgotten, a dial that has stopped catching, or a safe that simply will not open. It is opened without destroying it wherever that is possible, serviced, and the combination reset afterwards so that only the people you choose have access.
A transponder key is cut to your vehicle and then programmed to its immobiliser so the engine will actually start, rather than only turning in the ignition. The key machine and the programmer travel in the vehicle, so this happens where the car is parked.
